1 Plaintiff was injured when he partially fell through Defendants roof while repairing it. This is Plaintiffs suit for damages based on allegations of homeowners negligence. Both parties moved for summary judgment in the trial court, and the Defendant/homeowners motion was granted. The Court of Appeals reversed and remanded for trial. We have granted certiorari, and now affirm the judgment of the District Court.
